The Receiver offers to present in camera for the Courts inspection Affidavits of Financial Condition and related financial documentation of the Wallace Bajjali Parties. Id. 24. The issue of collectability of judgments against the Wallace Bajjali Parties is pertinent to the Courts assessment of whether to approve the proposed settlement. This proposal for in camera inspection is not opposed and has merit. The Receiver also requests an extension of the Courts September 23, 2011, deadline for addition of new parties. The Receiver seeks to add to this case third parties... in relation to the Wallace Bajjali Parties to facilitate consideration of the present Motion. Id. 39. The Receiver appears to seek to add the Wallace Bajjali Parties, but his intentions are unclear. The request to extend the new parties deadline or to add third parties is not opposed and will be granted. It is accordingly ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2012, the Receiver shall deliver to the Court for in camera inspection copies of the Affidavits of Financial Condition and other financial documentation of the Wallace Bajjali Parties (each document to be separately numbered) with a letter containing a detailed index of the materials being submitted. A copy of the letter, but not the Affidavits or other financial materials, must be filed in the docket of this case. It is further ORDERED that the Receiver shall file a brief Supplement to the Motion identifying the parties he seeks to add to this case and whether they are to be Defendants, Relief-Defendants or some other.
